Mind

Our mind tries to ‘figure out’ transformation and describes the surface events that it can see. The evolution of the larvae to the butterfly is a metaphor for deeper changes that the mind can’t understand. The beautiful emerges suddenly into new life.

Heart

When we look into the innocent eyes of a child our heart is touched. We sense we hope that life for this child will become something wonderful. This is an intuition about our hope for transformation,
